Q.  Do you groom cats?
A. Yes, most of our groomers will groom cats; we bath, clip nails, clean eyes and ears, treat for fleas and ticks, shave/clip their coats and offer the fantastic FURminator.

Q.  What is the FURminator?
A. The FURminator is a grooming tool that when used every 4-6 weeks reduces shedding by 60-80%. It removes the pet's undercoat and reduces shedding without having to change the appearance of your dog by shaving.  The FURminator is suitable for cats too – it's fabulous!

Q. What is full service grooming?
A. Full service grooming means that we will look after all breeds, bathing, brushing, drying & massage, clipping nails, cleaning ears, teeth brushing (not scaling), flea & tick treatments and the fabulous FURminator treatment.  We also have a range of special shampoos for all types of skin problems.  Our shampoos are all natural.

Q.  Is it necessary to book an appointment?
A. Yes it is - because just like any mobile service we need to schedule an appointment in advance, particularly if you require a certain day and time.  Naturally the earlier you book the better!
